Class Descriptions

Vinyasa flow

A flow class which will focus on coordinating breath with movement. I like to vary the pace of classes so that you can benefit from mindful movement whilst also having the opportunity to hold poses for longer helping to build strength and stability.

Hatha

A class of static postures, focusing on breathwork and alignment. Postures are typically held for longer than a vinyasa style class and are often repeated allowing us to move more deeply into poses. This style is suited to beginners or those who have an more advanced practice but would like to revisit core principles.

I welcome all levels to my classes and I like to give options so that you can practice what is right for you and your body in the moment. I like to focus on alignment and building strength whilst always allowing time at the end for stretching and relaxation.
